Attendee Protection offers protection for some of the common personal reasons your attendees may have for needing to cancel their event attendance. If an attendee makes a successful claim, FanShield will issue a refund for the protected amount. Attendee Protection can help you as an organizer to offer a solution for your attendees, even if you aren't always able to offer refunds.
