Reports contain some of the most valuable information from your events. Within our DATA section, we offer three dashboards that provide a quick overview of your event data. You’ll also find a Downloads dashboard where you can create and download detailed reports. Learn more about each DATA dashboard below.
- Log In to your Events.com account.
- Find the event you wish to run a report for in your Org Summary, and click Data on the event card.
- Alternatively, if you're already inside the event, click DATA from the left-hand event menu.
- Select the dashboard that matches the type of information you want to view. The first three dashboards provide at-a-glance insights:
- Event Summary – Net Revenue, Revenue Over Time, Registration/Ticket Summary, Top Promo Codes
- Purchase Summary – Purchases and attendee item data

Demographics – Gender, Age, Location, and Source of Traffic/User Information
- To download a report in .CSV format, click Downloads.
- Create your desired report
- Choose from the following report types:

- Registration (Registration/Ticket information)
- Transactions
- Cart Abandonment
- Check-In
- Invitations
- Transfers
- Refer-A-Friend
- Donations
- Box Office Summary
- New Custom Report
- Saved Custom Report

Apply filters as needed:
-
- Filter By: Specific registration/ticket types
- Order Status: All, Active, or Cancelled registrations/tickets
- Payment Type: All, Credit Card, Offline, External Payment
- Date: All, Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Year, Payment Period, or Custom Date
- Time Zone: Select from global time zones

- Choose from the following report types:
- Click START DOWNLOAD when ready.
- Once your report appears in the report list, click Download to open it in Excel.
