Request a refund through Refund Guarantee by Spot

So you purchased a Refund Guarantee by Spot. Good decision! Unfortunately, if you’re here, you likely can’t attend the event, but you can request a refund. 

Request a Refund

Use the following instructions to request a refund from Spot through Refund Guarantee.

  1. Visit https://myaccount.getspot.com/login
  2. Enter your email address and click Sign in with Email
    • Be sure to provide the email address you used when registering on Events.com.
  3. Once logged in, you’ll be able to see an overview of your coverages purchased through Events.com
  4. To request a refund for your ticket or registration, simply click Request Refund on the relevant coverage and follow the prompts. 

View your Refund Guarantee details

To view the Refund Guarantee details associated with an order on Events.com

  1. From the Events.com menu above, click My Tickets to open your Events.com Experience account.
    • If you don’t have an account, select Sign Up using the same email as on your registration or ticket.
  2. Find the event you want to view coverage for.
  3. On the event, select VIEW ORDER or, if you’re part of a team, MANAGE EVENT then View Order.
  4. In your order, you will see that you purchased Attendee Protection. Click View Details.

     
  5. In your Attendee Protection Details, you will see your Policy ID and the contact information for Spot.
