Need to change your t-shirt size because you’ve gotten into such great shape? Want to go back to your registration and add in that awesome headband?
Events.com makes it easy to change or add attendee items to your order.
- From the Events.com home page click My Tickets to open your Events.com Experience account.
- If you don’t have an account, select Sign Up and use the same email as on your order.
- Find the event with the order you want to edit under My Events, and click MANAGE EVENT > VIEW ORDER
- Click on the MANAGE REGISTRATION or MANAGE TICKET button and select Edit Information.
- Scroll down and click on Select Additional Items.
- You can now make changes to your earlier answers, or choose new items to add to your registration.
- If the item(s) you added have a cost associated to them, please proceed with checkout. If not, make sure to Save and you are done!
Please note: No refund will be issued if the change decreases the cost of your order. If there is an increase in price associated with the change, the credit card fields will appear and you will need to enter in your payment info and click Submit Order. You will receive an email reflecting your change.
