How do I view an attendee’s order confirmation?

Need to view someone’s order confirmation? As a Manager or Owner of the event, you can see their order confirmation in just a few short steps.

1. Log In to your Events.com account.
2. Select the event in either the LIVE or COMPLETED tab, for which you want to review an order confirmation.
   
   
   
3. From the menu on the left, click the PEOPLE tab and select Buyers.
   
   
   
4. Select the buyer whose order you wish to review.
5. Click the MANAGE ORDER drop down menu and select View Order Confirmation Email.
