How do I create a digital event page?

Virtual content has become extremely important for events and often includes additional event details or links to share only after someone has completed their order. The Digital Event Page allows you to share this kind of information securely with your attendees.

Attendees will be able to access the page through their Events.com accounts after they've registered for the event.

Create A Digital Event Page

When you’re ready, you can start customizing your Digital Event Page with the following steps.

  1. Log In to your Events.com account and navigate to your event.
  2. Select the event for which you want to create a Digital Event Page.
  3. Click EVENT DETAILS and then Digital Event Page.

  4. Click CREATE PAGE to get started.
    Note: The option to Make Digital Event page visible to Attendees is defaulted to YES. If you’re not ready to share the page, you’ll want to toggle to NO.
  5. Select one of the three page elements from the Add page element drop-down menu to get started. You can add as many of each page element as you’d like for your Digital Event Page
    • Text: Add text or images, with or without hyperlinks in the Text Editor.
    • Video: Enter an optional title and link to add embedded video.
    • Live Stream: Add an optional title and streaming link.

  6. Add an optional Background Image.
    • If your event page has a banner, you’ll have the option to USE BANNER IMAGE. If you didn’t have one, or would like to use something else, you’ll have the option to SELECT IMAGE.
  7. Click Preview Page to see how your page will appear to your attendees.
    • To make changes, use the arrows on the left to move your page elements around, or the trash cans on the right to remove an element completely.
  8. When finished, click SAVE.

This page will now appear within your attendees’ Events.com accounts! (Or if your Make Digital Event page visible to Attendees toggle was set to NO, your progress will be saved for later).

Attendees can access the Digital Event Page from within their Events.com accounts.

They can also access the page by clicking the link within their confirmation emails.

  • To view the page from here, attendees will need to Sign Up if they haven’t already created an account.

Pro Tip: If you have added another language to your event, you will be able to offer your Digital Event Page in that language as well.
