Can I create a free event?

Yes! Events.com makes it easy for you to customize your event page and set up free tickets or RSVP options.

  1. Once you’ve created an event, go to EVENT DETAILS in the left sidebar and select Registration/Tickets. Choose either Registrations or Tickets (What’s the difference? You can switch later by clicking Change).

  2. Add your first Registration/Ticket by entering a name (e.g., VIP, General Admission) and the available quantity (leave blank for unlimited). Set the price to $0 to make it a free event.

  3. To hide the $0.00 pricing on the order page, open Advanced Settings by clicking the gear icon. Toggle Hide Pricing if $0.00 to YES. You can also set Availability and apply Restrictions, such as Gender, Age, Max Purchase Per Order, Location, or Access Code Required.

  4. To add more registrations or tickets, click the ADD ANOTHER REGISTRATION/TICKET button at the bottom.
  5. Click SAVE at the top or bottom to save your changes.
