Want to see how your promotion is going? You can pull an up-to-date report anytime.
Once you've signed up for a campaign, you also receive an email with a promotion re-cap. If this is your first promotion, you also receive login details.
- Please note that the report is updated live while the campaign is active. The final results will be displayed in the report 24hs after the end of the promotion.
Find Your Report
1. Log In at Events.com Promote.
2. Click the account icon in the upper right and select My Events.
3. Find the event and click the event menu (three dots next to it).
4. From the drop-down menu, select Report.
Report Navigation
- Click Overall data for a complete overview of the goals achieved by your event, both organically or promotional campaigns.
- Click on Promotion #(x) to analyze results obtained with that specific promotion.
Note: If your event is missing, it may not be attached to your account. See: Can't Locate Your Event?
